Delivery & Returns


We offer standard free delivery on all our bikes.

For standard delivery It takes between 3 and 5 working days to deliver when you order by 11am.

For express delivery if you order before 11am then it will take 1 to 2 working days to deliver.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer a 30 day ride happy guarantee so your little one can try a Hoozar bike and if you are not 100% happy with the bike you can return it and get a full refund. You can read more about it here 

To start a return can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will not refund returns made after 30 days unless there it falls under a warranty claim.
