Warranty

All Hoozar bikes come with a lifetime warranty for frame and forks and 1 year warranty for other parts. 

The bike is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the frame and forks and a period of at least 1 year from the date of purchase for all other parts shown on the proof of purchase. 

If there is a discrepancy between the warranty information on this page and the length of warranty or terms stated on the warranty card or in the instruction manual included with the product then the most favourable terms and conditions for the customer shall apply. 

The warranty period applies from the date of purchase. All warranties apply only when the product is used as intended, under normal conditions and do not apply when damage is caused by wear and tear, accidents, corrosive substances, water, misuse or neglect. In all cases the warranty is limited to the value of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
